recently had the pleasure of staying at Cinnamon life and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was greeted with warm smiles and professional service. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed stunning views from my window. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, I was extremely impressed by the level of service and luxury provided at cinnamon life I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Firstly, the whole welcoming part of our stay was very pleasant. All the staff were extremely helpful. I requested for a two hour extension from my actual check out time and was promptly looked into by the concerned staff. This hotel has everything you need. A very nice breakfast spread. Different types of restaurants and bars. A well equipped gym. Even a casino for those who are interested. I will definitely be going back again, if I travel to Sri Lanka! Keep up the good work people!!

The hotel boasts multiple restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience. Whether it was a casual meal or something more upscale, every dish I had was delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared. We had the absolute pleasure of having a couples massage in the spa and it was unreal!! Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. The combination of outstanding service, gorgeous views, a luxurious room, and exceptional food makes this hotel a true gem. We’ll definitely be back!

Since it was a fairly new property, it was lovely to stay in. All the facilities were top notch. We stayed there for a total of 11 days. Food was good.

The hotel also features a very good rooftop bar, with luxurious landscaping and stylish seating areas—a perfect place to unwind with a drink while enjoying the panoramic city views. The atmosphere was elevated, yet relaxing. The hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding. A special thanks to the receptionist and all the staff, who were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Their attention to detail and warm service truly enhanced the experience.
